We believe in the purity and integrity of our products. However, if something doesn’t seem right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:
  • The product you received is damaged, leaked, or tampered at the time of delivery.
  • The product is different from what you ordered.
  • The product is expired at the time of receipt.
  • You raise the concern within the return window (5–7 days depending on the product category).
  • You provide photographic or video proof of the issue, ideally at the time of unboxing.

Conditions for Return

To ensure your return is valid, please follow these conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Any damage, leakage, or tampering must be reported immediately on delivery.
  • For eligible products, returns are accepted only if the request is made within the specified window:
    • 7 days: Herbal Powders, Oils, Herbal Teas
    • 5 days: Honey, Nuts, Seeds, Oil Cakes, Grains
  • Return requests must be supported with proof of issue (photos or videos shared via email or WhatsApp).

Non-returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to poor storage or mishandling
  • Personal preference-based concerns (taste, texture, scent, appearance, etc.)
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items like perishables, infused teas, powders, or oils once opened or tampered with

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within the return window via email at info@natureconnectindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91 86688 75037.
  2. Share your order ID, issue description, and clear photo/video evidence.
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup or ask you to ship it back (based on location).
  5. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Disclaimer

  • My Forest reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
  • We encourage all customers to inspect products at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.
  • Natural products may vary in color, texture, or taste due to seasonal changes — these are not considered defects.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
